Our services
TeamGenix Solutions (TGSOL) offers the following services to partners and organisations implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365:
Creation and responses to D365 FinOps ERP RFI's and RFP's
Developing or responding to RFI’s or RFP’s is complex time-consuming and costly for both the organisation releasing the RFI/RFP and the implementation partner responding. It is our experience that 90% of RFI’s/RFP’s released to the market, are ambiguous, miss necessary and critical information and more for that not, result in confusion for the organisation releasing the RFI/RFP, the ability to draw comparisons around the scope of the solution design, processes considered in/out of scope, project activities and drawing comparison across the various bids received, more often than not, resulting in huge disparities re-understanding of what has been included in the responses. TGSOL’s D365 ERP advisory team have a unique project implementation approach and set of artefacts that allow organisations to provide to market a crisp list of requirements as well as and structured RFI/RFP document that allows the respondents to clearly complete the solution design, processes deemed in scope and project activities liked to effort and pricing estimates throughout the life cycle of the project. This approach to releasing RFI’s and RFP’s supported by the TGSOL solution architects result in a quick, clear and concise RFI/RFP release to market allowing respondents the ability to provide solution scope, effort estimate in time and price linked to milestone based deliverables that are comparable across the various respondents. TGSOL can both customers and partners partners to release and respond quickly clearly and efficiently to RFI’s and RFP’s.
Constructing of project plans and DevOps
TeamGenix Solutions can assist project managers to construct a project plan to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365. The project plan will take into consideration project stages or phases, resource requirements, stage gates and milestones.
TeamGenix Solutions can also assist project managers to construct DevOps artefacts to enable project managers to manage daily tasks in DevOps ensuring that they can report accurately on the status of a project.
Constructing of SOW's
TeamGenix Solutions can assist technology partners in articulating the statement of work thereby ensuring the scope of the project is clear. We can help technology partners to define the scope of the implementation, indicating functional area’s, level 1 and level 2 processes and in and out of scope functionality.
Leading workshops
Due to digital transformation and the introduction of state-of-the-art communication technologies, Global and remote implementations have become more common and almost standard practice than ever before. Doing remote implementations do not replace or nullify practical work sessions and TeamGenix Solutions is well suited to assist with whiteboard workshops using Microsoft Teams.
It is extremely important that Solutions Architects should still be able to draw processes using white-boarding tools to ensure process requirements are clearly identified and understood.
Delivering the following artefacts:
Although we prefer to be involved with technology partners and customer fulfilling a 3rd party governance role, TeamGenix Solutions can assist technology partners delivering the following artefacts:

Solution blueprint
The Solution blueprint facilitates conversations about the solution that promotes general understanding across the implementation team regarding the goals, scope, architecture, and approach for the implementation of the solution.

Test strategy
The Test strategy facilitates a conversation about the test strategy that promotes general understanding across the implementation team regarding the testing objectives, test types, test coverage and planning and approach for the validation of the solution.

Data model
The Data model workshop is dedicated to reviewing the envisioned data model for the customer’s project. The data model usually reflects the functional scope of the project.

BI and Analytics design
The goal of the BI and Analytics design workshop is to ensure that the BI and Analytics solution design is well understood, planned, and that it is appropriate for the solution strategies and technologies that are used.

Gap solution design
The Gap solution design workshop is designed to ensure that the Gap solution design provides a good approach and plan to deliver a well-defined, well-tested, reliable, and safe solution.

Data migration
The Data migration workshop offers advice and guidance when doing data migration with Dynamics 365. The workshop provides best practices to help avoid data migration performance issues, gain a proper understanding of business goals, and develop awareness on realistic throughput.

Security
The Security model workshop delves into the customer-designed security model in Dynamics 365 helping to understand the unique needs of organisation security requirements and review granularity of access control, administrative ease and impact on scalability.

Integration design
One strength of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform is the offering of multiple integration opportunities. For successful integration between different systems is it imperative to ensure that the design has purpose and review.

Dual-write implementation
The Dual-write implementation workshop facilitates the discussion on how different apps will integrate by using dual-write.

Solution performance
The Solution performance workshop provides guidance and best practices for solution design with respect to performance. The workshop will increase awareness of the impact that certain types of configurations and/or customisations have on the overall performance and user experience. This workshop will also emphasise the importance of having defined performance goals and having the correct focus on performance and performance testing during the entire project life cycle.

Cutover strategy
The Cutover strategy workshop will ensure that the cutover strategy provides a sound approach and plan to deliver a well-defined, well-tested, reliable and safe transition from current systems to the new production systems.

Post Go-Live strategy
Following the Go-Live event, reviewing the project goals achievement against success measures, will help you determine if project adjustments are necessary and the reflection on the lessons learned will prevent past issues from re-occurring.
We also extend the following governance services to customers in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365:
RFI and RFP responses:
Customers often find themselves in difficult positions to correctly validate the RFI’s or RFP’s from the technology partners when responding to customer requests. Customers very often do not have the required skills to assess the validity of technical proposals, hence the reason why they invited proposals for their requirements.
TeamGenix Solutions is well positioned and able to offer professional technical assistance to customers to determine the validity of responses and technical proposals relating to Microsoft Dynamics 365 from technology partners.
Validating solution artefacts and design documents
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is mostly new to customers, leaving them exposed in terms of the fulfilment of their requirements. TeamGenix Solutions has a team of experts with skills and experience to assist customers to validate solution artefacts and design documents. It is highly recommended that TeamGenix Solutions be part of a change control board making decisions to ensure modifications to Microsoft Dynamics 365 are really required and to ensure value-for-money developments.
Audit the pre Go-Live, Go-Live and post Go-Live activities
TeamGenix Solutions offer a wealth of experience and skills to assist the customer to validate all pre-Go-Live, Go-Live and post-Go-Live activities to ensure that crucial activities have not been missed and the eventual Go-Live is successful.
